The legal study forms in January 2002, as a result of the fusion of two teamwork: by a side conformed by the lawyers Alvaro Arias Ayala and Jose Enrique Garcia, and by another Jose Fernando Casañas Levi and Rodolfo Gubetich Mojoli. Both groups always were identified with the legal activity in the scope of the penal right.
