The legal study forms in January 2002, as a result of the fusion of two teamwork: by a side conformed by the lawyers Alvaro Arias Ayala and Jose Enrique Garcia, and by another Jose Fernando Casaņas Levi and Rodolfo Gubetich Mojoli. Both groups always were identified with the legal activity in the scope of the penal right.
The reason for the fusion was the one to unite the experiences, knowledge and recognition which enjoy both teams of lawyers in the national and international context. This decision also obeyed to that the procedural reform experienced by the Paraguayan right, of the written inquisitive system to semi accusatory oral. Since this normative transformation the individual work becomes inefficient by the impossibility to fulfill an suitable representation of the client.
It is possible to emphasize that all the members have a vast experience in the judicial law, which is translated in a reliable handling of the causes and everything what requires to reach the objectives planned in a process.
